Rachel Fisher, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the First Vice President - Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition Officer at Apple Bank since August 2015. In this role, Rachel manages the recruitment process for over 60 positions across various levels and provides coaching to managers and employees on HR issues. Previously, Rachel held several positions at Girl Scouts of the USA, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, where management of full-cycle recruitment for various departments contributed to the development of diverse applicant pools. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from Stony Brook University, along with a high school diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School.
