Carrie Hanqian Yu

Carrie Hanqian Yu is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law within the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Legal Director at Apple since September 2011, Carrie has progressed through roles including Senior Legal Manager, Legal Manager, and Employment Counsel at the company. Prior to Apple, Carrie held the position of Associate at Baker & McKenzie from March 2008 to September 2011 and also worked as an Associate at King & Wood Mallesons from December 2005 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Economic Law from Nanjing University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same institution, along with studies at The Johns Hopkins University Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.
