Mehrdad Farajtabar is an accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and computer science. Currently serving as a Research Scientist and Team Lead at Apple since August 2022, Farajtabar previously held the role of Research Scientist at Google DeepMind from September 2018 to August 2022, and completed a brief tenure as a Research Intern at the same organization in late 2017. Earlier roles include Research Internships at Microsoft and the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems in 2016 and 2015, respectively, along with a Software Engineer Internship at Google in 2013.
