Natalia Pedroza

Natalia Pedroza is an accomplished engineering program manager with extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex engineering projects across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as an iPhone EPM at Apple since July 2025, Natalia previously held key roles at Zipline as an Autonomy Engineering Program Manager and System Engineering Program Manager, where strategic designs and prototype tracking processes were implemented. Prior experience at Tesla included overseeing engineering efforts for Supercharging and Megapack products, with a focus on critical path task management and risk resolution. An early career stint at NASA involved significant contributions to the development of propulsion systems. Natalia earned an Honors Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and also studied at The University of Texas at Austin.
