Theodore Herhold

Theodore Herhold began their career in 1987 as an Associate at LeBeouf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae. In 1991, they moved to Ashford & Wriston, LLP as an Associate. In 1993, they became a Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. In 2012, they became the General Counsel for the Sacramento Capitals World Team Tennis. In 2014, they became a Partner at Singularity LLP. In 2016, they became the General Counsel for Solaria Corporation. In 2021, they joined the Leadership Council at Activate Global, Inc. as an Advisor and Member. In 2022, they became the Vice President & General Counsel at SOLARCYCLE, Inc.

Theodore Herhold completed a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University between 1978 and 1981. Theodore then went on to obtain a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) between 1982 and 1985.
