Shekhar Srikantaiah

Shekhar Srikantaiah is a seasoned CPU Performance Architect with extensive experience in processor modeling, performance analysis, and micro-architecture optimization. Currently at Apple since December 2016, Shekhar's previous roles include Performance Architect at Broadcom Limited, where responsibilities involved CPU and SoC modeling for 64-bit ARM server processors, and CPU Performance Modeling Engineer at Qualcomm, leading efforts in modeling and analysis for Snapdragon processors. Earlier, Shekhar contributed as a Performance Architect at Intel Corporation, focusing on performance projections for future platforms. Academically, Shekhar holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Penn State University, an MSc Engg in Computer Architecture from the Indian Institute of Science, and a B.E. in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
