Shirley Fang

Shirley Fang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and data-driven roles. Currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at Apple since September 2024, Shirley previously held the position of Senior Compensation Analyst at Lime, where responsibilities included enhancing global compensation strategies and conducting benchmarking. At Google, spanning December 2018 to March 2023, Shirley transitioned from a Sales Intelligence Analyst driving significant revenue growth to a Compensation Analyst focused on developing competitive compensation programs. Shirley’s earlier experience includes roles in digital marketing and data analysis at Agency Within and Seagate Technology, respectively. A Dartmouth College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Social Sciences, Shirley graduated with high honors and served as valedictorian at Lynbrook High School.
