Vinay Bhagwat

Vinay Bhagwat is a Sr. Technologist at Apple in the Silicon Engineering Group, contributing to the successful launch of the M series SOCs (M1, M2, M3) and the transition of 3nm and 5nm foundry process nodes to high volume manufacturing since September 2017. Previously, at Intel Corporation, Vinay served as a Sr. Staff Engineer, leading a team to design manufacturing process flows for advanced microprocessor technology and managing New Product Introductions. As a Sr. Process Engineer, Vinay oversaw metrology equipment development and automated defect detection tools. Vinay holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B. Chem. Eng from the University of Mumbai’s Institute of Chemical Technology.
