Aida Soto has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Aida began their career at Techno-Dent Training Center in 1985 as the Financial Aid Director, where they worked until 1992. Following that, they became the Owner/Administrator of Latinos Bakery and Restaurant for 13 years, from 1992 to 2005. In 2003, they joined Applegreen as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and later became the F&B Multi Unit Operations Manager. Aida'smost recent role at Applegreen is the Plaza Director of Operations, which they currently hold from August 2021. Additionally, they worked at HMS Host as the FB Assistant Manager II from December 2005 to August 2021.
Aida Soto attended the Technological Institute in Puerto Rico from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management. Later, from 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
