Zack Kollias

Zack Kollias has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with notable roles at various companies. Zack is currently serving as the President of US Travel Plaza Operations at Applegreen, overseeing a large network of travel plaza locations. Previously, Zack worked as the Chief Operations Officer at BNI Global, where they focused on improving operations and member experience. Before that, they held senior leadership positions at The Wendy's Company and Church's Chicken, where they oversaw franchise operations and international expansion. Additionally, Zack has held finance roles at Planet Hollywood International and Avado Brands. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience in driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Zack Kollias received their MBA in General Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in English and Business from Cornell University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their degrees, Zack holds a certification as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from CFE, which they obtained in February 2022.
