Crystal Toll has over 20 years of work experience in various HR and management roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Appletree Medical Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager in Talent Management & Operations at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Crystal also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Allphase Clinical Research and as an HR Business Partner at Innovapost. Crystal has also worked as an Independent Insurance Broker, a Group Benefit Specialist/Estate and Insurance Advisor, and an Associate Financial Advisor. Crystal started their career at Appletree Medical Group as a Physician Practice Manager before progressing to the role of HR Director & VP Operations. Throughout their career, Crystal has demonstrated a strong commitment to integrity and providing affordable solutions in their work.
Crystal Toll - CHRL obtained a Master of Communication Studies with a focus on HR and Management from Carleton University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2005. Crystal also holds a degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Carleton University. Additionally, Toll has obtained certifications including LLQP (Life Insurance and A&S Insurance) from the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) in March 2013 and CHRL (Certified Human Resource Leader) from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in 2010.
