Monica Joseph

Monica Joseph has extensive work experience in various project management roles. Monica is currently serving as the Lead Project Manager at Applexus Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HCL Technologies as an Associate Project Manager from November 2016 to July 2019. In 2016, they also had a short-term role as a Hackathon participant at venturisity. Monica's early career includes working at Infosys from 2002 to 2011, where they held multiple roles such as Technical Lead and Programmer Analyst. Monica gained expertise in project tracking, application design, coding, and testing, as well as handling critical healthcare claim processing projects. Monica has received appreciation from clients and managers for their performance and has won several awards for their projects. Monica'stechnical skills include Mainframe, DB2, CICS, REXX, JCL, COBOL, VSAM, Endeavor, and VB on ASP.NET.

Monica Joseph completed their Engineer's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University from 1997 to 2001. Monica also completed their high school education in Science from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans, Vidyashram from 1995 to 1997, and their Class X from St. Anselm's School, Jaipur from 1989 to 1995. Monica Joseph has obtained various certifications including Csm from Scrum Alliance in May 2019, Big Data and Hadoop from Edureka in 2015, edX Honor Code Certificate for The Analytics Edge from edX in 2015, Fundamentals A and B Certificate from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in 2015, and Certified Software Quality Analyst from QAI in September 2005.
