Raghesh Nair

Raghesh Nair has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Raghesh started their career in 2004 as a programmer at DATAAMRUTH Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they worked with VB and VB.net platforms. In 2005, they joined Collabera (Formerly IVL India Pvt Ltd) as a Senior Development Consultant, specializing in SAP development with a focus on the exports domain. During this time, they gained expertise in ABAP and acquired good functional knowledge in SD and MM.

In 2008, Raghesh took on the role of a Lead Developer (Contractor) at NewellRubbermaid, where they remained until 2016. Here, they worked on various projects, showcasing their development skills.

In the same year, they also joined Applexus as an Onsite Coordinator/Lead Developer. Raghesh was responsible for collecting business requirements, analyzing the scope of development, and designing solutions. Raghesh ensured the timely execution of projects by coordinating with offshore resources and conducting quality reviews and testing. In 2011, they transitioned into the role of a Sr. SAP Technology Consultant/COE Manager, where their responsibilities included analyzing SAP technical challenges, estimating project feasibility, executing new projects, and managing a team of technical resources. Raghesh also mentored and trained new resources to enhance the organization's efficiency.

Raghesh Nair completed their education at various institutions. Raghesh earned an MBA in HR and Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they attained a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University from 2000 to 2004. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they completed their Pre-Degree (equivalent to +2) in the Science group, focusing on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, at the University of Kerala from 1998 to 2000. Finally, their secondary education was obtained at MMRHS, where they received the SSLC certification between 1986 and 1998.
