Sandhya Rangarajan

Sandhya Rangarajan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Executive in the Global HR Team at Applexus Technologies since May 2021, following a role as HR Executive. Prior to this, Sandhya worked at Ayan Tech Solutions as an HR Executive from November 2019 to April 2021, and held a position as Human Resources Executive at the same company from November 2013 to December 2015. A career break was taken from November 2016 to December 2018 for relocation. Sandhya began her HR career as an HR Trainee at PERFINT HEALTHCARE PVT LTD and completed an MBA project in HR at Ashok Leyland during 2011. An internship at Air India was also undertaken in 2010. Sandhya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Crescent Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Secretaryship from M.O.P Vaishnav College for Women.
