Michael Groen

Michael Groen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering and operations management across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Appliance Innovation Inc. since March 2024 and as General Manager at TurboChef Technologies, Inc. since January 2023, Michael Groen previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Group Engineering at The Middleby Corporation from September 2020 to February 2023. Michael Groen's earlier roles include Vice President Director of Engineering at ACP, Inc. from March 2015 to September 2020 and Thermal Systems Engineering Leader at Trane from January 2006 to March 2015, focusing on the development of heat exchangers for commercial HVAC products.
