Previously, Tom held positions at Nova People as Group Sales Manager and Recruitment Manager, as well as at NES Global Talent in various recruitment roles. Additionally, Tom worked as an In-House Recruiter at DONG Energy and holds a Diploma in Recruitment Practice from Middlesex University and a BA (Hons) in Popular Music Production from The University of Huddersfield.
