Mike Busch

Mike Busch has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Mike is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at APPLIED Adhesives. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Growth Operators. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Aldevron. Mike also worked at Border States as the Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO), where they were responsible for overall people strategy. Before that, they were a Senior Director of Human Resources at Whirlpool Corporation, overseeing the Integrated Supply Chain organization. Mike started their career at Eaton Truck Components as a Group Compensation Manager and later served as a Human Resources Manager.

Mike Busch holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completing their studies from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mike Busch has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In April 2019, they received the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC®. During the same month, they also completed the Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership certification offered by LinkedIn. Furthermore, in February 2019, Mike obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Most recently, in August 2021, they achieved certification in The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team from The Five Behaviors®.
