Douglas A. Lauffenburger

Douglas A. Lauffenburger is the current Chair at Applied BioMath. Douglas was previously a Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from January 1990 to December 1994. Prior to that, they were an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor at the University of Pennsylvania from January 1979 to December 1989.

Lauffenburger attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they received a BS in chemical engineering. Douglas then attended the University of Minnesota, where they received a PhD in chemical engineering.
