Erline Perrier is a Behavioral Support Specialist with experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing behavior support plans. Erline has a master's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a post-master's certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to their current role, Erline worked as an Outpatient Therapist and Behavioral Therapist, providing therapy services to children and collaborating with parents and stakeholders. Erline's background also includes experience as a Behavioral Health Technician and Teaching Assistant, demonstrating their commitment to supporting individuals in various settings. As a Student Researcher, Erline conducted psychological research on the correlation between Pavlov's conditioning in advertising.
