Erik Grundstrom

Erik Grundstrom is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in high-performance computing and cloud solutions. Currently serving as VP of HPC Infrastructure at Applied Digital since July 2023, Erik designs and deploys generative AI solutions in Supercomputing-as-a-Service environments and oversees the development of a vCluster Kubernetes-based PaaS. Previously, Erik held the position of Director of Field Applications Engineering and Business Development at Supermicro, where responsibilities included designing enterprise solutions for various workloads and managing a team of field application engineers. Erik's earlier roles include Director of Advanced Computing at 109 NETWORKS, Director of Information Technology at Professional Imaging, Systems Engineer at BMB, and System Administrator at National Sports Service. Erik's educational background includes studies at Humboldt State University and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
