Ariel Ostroff serves as the ESOP Culture Team Representative for Lompoc at Applied EarthWorks, Inc. since September 2020, focusing on promoting ESOP communication and culture within the company. Previous experience includes positions as a Staff Archaeologist and Archaeological Laboratory and Field Technician with UCSB Architecture and Design Collection from October 2019 to June 2020, and curatorial internships at the UCSB Repository for Archaeological and Ethnographic Collections and Montecito Yoga. Early career roles include various office assistant and library support positions at institutions such as Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, Santa Barbara City College, and Santa Barbara Yoga Center. Ariel Ostroff holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a focus on Archaeology and a minor in Museum Studies from UC Santa Barbara, as well as an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Santa Barbara City College.
