Peter Gazzo

Peter Gazzo is Managing Director of Project Services for AEG with responsibilities over support and delivery of the VisionDSM system.

Peter has 25 years of experience in project management and leading teams towards successful delivery of a wide range of projects. He is an analytical and results-driven professional with a proven record of managing resources, personnel, and mulit-million dollar budgets to satisfy customer requirements and maximize ROI. He has extensive experience planning and managing all phases of the project life cycle from requirements gathering to an operationally ready state. Peter is skilled in all aspects of project management from: creation of the scope statement, stakeholder identification, requirements management and tracking, risk identification and mitigation strategies, communication plans, work breakdown structure, creation and monitoring schedules and budgets, quality control through project completion and lessons learned exercises.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts (B.A.A.) in Management from Hofstra University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
