Gemma Colbert has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gemma began their career at The Prince's Regeneration Trust in 2005 as a Project Assistant, where they worked until 2008. Gemma then transitioned to the role of Communications Executive at the same organization, where they remained until 2010. In 2011, they joined Bennetts Associates as a Communications Coordinator, where they worked until 2012. Finally, they joined Applied Information Group in 2012 as an Account Director, where they are currently employed.

Gemma Colbert obtained their Bachelor's degree in Art History and English from the University of Nottingham between 2001 and 2004. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Building Surveying at London South Bank University from 2007 to 2010.
