Jeff Keen

As SVP and General Manager, Federal Civilian, and Department of Defense, Jeff leads all aspects of Applied Insight's support to federal civilian and DoD agencies and currently supports all three branches of the federal government.

Jeff is a seasoned operator in the federal IT space, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in program management on complex government projects. He has a proven track record of leading complex integrated worldwide communications, marketing, and IT programs to successful outcomes, deploying his skills as a certified Project Management Professional. He has led programs supporting the U.S. Courts, Department of Justice, Defense Health Agency, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture, General Services Administration, and Health and Human Services.
