Michael Rapoport is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and cloud support. Currently serving as a Cloud Support Engineer and Support Lead at Applied Insight, LLC since August 2022, Michael previously worked at IT-CNP, Inc. | GovDataHosting from March 2015 to September 2022 as a System Administrator, managing user profiles, providing support for over 150 remote users, and overseeing license compliance and inventory. Prior to that, Michael held a Systems Administrator position at Fortress International Group, Inc. from August 2008 to December 2014 and worked as a Field Tech at DILIMA from December 2006 to August 2008, specializing in computer network integration for small and medium-sized businesses. Michael's career began at Metris - HSBC as a Sr. Dialer Tech from 1999 to 2006.
