Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will create an outstanding experience for our employees across all 8 of our offices internationally and for visiting customers. You will be the driving force behind the creation of innovative strategies and programs that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will immediately lead a small team of workplace experience specialists. 

You’ll work closely with our founders, people/commercial/engineering teams, and international site leads to improve our office experience, plan and execute company-wide events, and expand our offices as we continue to grow.

This role is based out of Mountain View, CA.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Create a first-class, “wow” experience for everyone who visits our office
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office facilities and operations including catering, contractors for office build-outs, day porters, etc.
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking for internal events, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Negotiate leases for new office space to support our expansion and operational success
  • Plan and organize customer on-sites and external events driving our sales motion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Growth rate forecasting, utilizing analytics to predict trends and inform strategic headcount planning

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace experience, events management, or a related role
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team in the workplace experience or operations domain
  • Experience navigating facilities management and negotiations across multiple vendors, contractors, and real estate providers
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation combines with a “can do” attitude
  • A love for building culture, and enjoys injecting energy, creativity, and forward thinking to the workplace
  • High EQ and people skills

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working at a high-growth, venture-backed startup
  • Experience with project management tools (ex., JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Experience negotiating and managing multiple real estate expansion projects
  • Experience managing 200,000+ square feet of office space

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
