Louis Filipozzi

Louis Filipozzi has a diverse work experience in engineering and research roles. Louis is currently working at Applied Intuition, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis from September 2017 to June 2022, where they focused on developing a systematic approach to the safe integration of cooperative automated vehicles. Louis also gained valuable experience through summer internships at Ford Motor Company in 2019 and 2018. In addition, they worked as an Ingénieur calcul at ACOEM group in 2017 and completed an internship at Groupe PSA in 2015.

Louis Filipozzi began their education in 2011 at Lycée Fabert, where they pursued a Classe préparatoire MPSI/MP* degree in Mathematics and Physics. Louis then went on to attend Centrale Lille from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur (Master Degree) in Ingénierie. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, Louis studied at Cranfield University and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Automotive Engineering. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, Davis, which they began in 2017 and is expected to complete in 2022.
