Michal Harari's work experience begins in 2007 as a Community Liaison for NYC Councilmember Bill de Blasio. In 2009, they worked as an Executive Assistant for the Lambent Foundation until 2011. From 2010 to 2010, Michal served as a Research Intern for the Institute for the Study of War. They then joined the US Army as a Project Lead and Operations Research Analyst from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they also worked in various roles for different organizations. From 2012 to 2013, they were involved in Assessments and Environmental Analysis at Special Operations Command Pacific. In 2013, they worked as a Political-Military Analyst for the Joint Staff, J5, Europe NATO Russia Directorate. They later became a Special Advisor to the Director of Intelligence and ANSF Analyst at ISAF in 2014. Michal joined Palantir Technologies in 2016, starting as a Project Manager for Manufacturing and Supply Chain and then transitioning into a role as Team Lead for Defense until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as an Enterprise Lead for Global Health at Palantir Technologies. Most recently, Michal worked as a Business Development Lead for Aviation and Spectrum Management at Palantir Technologies until 2023.

Michal Harari earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from New York University in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Security Policy with a focus on the Middle East at Columbia University. In 2015, Michal obtained a Professional Certificate in Data Science from Georgetown University.
