Viktoriya Doroshenko

People Operations at Applied Intuition

Viktoriya Doroshenko has a diverse work experience starting in 2015. Viktoriya began their career as a Volunteer Note-taker at the University of Toronto, where they provided support to students by taking notes during classes. Viktoriya then took on multiple roles at the University of Toronto Mississauga, including Event Executive, Editor, Invigilator, and Lab Assistant. As an Event Executive, they organized and managed various university events. As an Editor, they worked on editing tasks and projects. As an Invigilator, they ensured the smooth conduct of exams. And as a Lab Assistant, they logged and analyzed experimental data and mentored first-year students' research proposals.

In 2018, Viktoriya joined the University of Toronto as a Program Coordinator for International English Programs. In this role, they were responsible for designing and conducting training programs for staff and creating materials such as videos and presentations. Viktoriya also conducted regular meetings with employees to assign tasks and monitored their performance through monthly appraisals.

In 2020, Viktoriya joined D2L as a Quality Lead for End User Support. Viktoriya developed a quality program to evaluate worker performance and address customer support needs. Viktoriya successfully achieved monthly quality targets by leading training sessions and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Currently, Viktoriya is employed at Applied Intuition as part of the People Operations team, where they started in November 2021.

Viktoriya Doroshenko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Toronto. Viktoriya also studied Human Resources Management at George Brown College. In addition, they hold several certifications including Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness in 5 Steps and Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. Viktoriya obtained WHMIS/GHS Training from Ecolab, Standard First Aid with CPR C & AED from St. John Ambulance Canada | Ambulance Saint-Jean, and is scheduled to obtain the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2023.
