Aaron S.

Aaron S. has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Aaron began their career as a Counselor at Wolverine Human Services, followed by a Group Specialist, Team Manager and Activities Coordinator at SLS Health. In 2008, they joined Prudential Insurance as an Account Executive and Senior Account Specialist. In 2011, they were recognized as a "Life Concierge" for the volume of life insurance policies written. In 2013, they moved to Koyo Machinery U.S.A., Inc. as an Inside Parts Sales Contractor. In 2016, they joined FEC Automation Systems as a Systems Technician, assessing, repairing and calibrating FEC's line of Servo Presses and Servo Nutrunners. In 2017, they were a Field Service Technician at KUKA Robotics. In 2018, they joined Vista Solutions Inc. as a Machine Vision Engineering Technician, trained and experienced in programming Cognex Insights and Ether-Inspect. Aaron ran 4 day training classes in person and remotely on the Cognex Insight Platform and Machine Vision Basics. Aaron also worked on an integration team to program and develop vision inspections for Powertrain assembly line. Finally, in 2021, they joined Applied Manufacturing Technologies as an Automation Engineer.

Aaron S. began their educational journey at Baker College of Flint, where they studied General Education from 2000 to 2003. Aaron then attended Central Michigan University from 2003 to 2006, earning a B.S. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal and Social Justice and Psychology. Finally, they completed an Associate's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Oakland Community College from 2015 to 2017.
