Michael Cress

Michael Cress has worked in the engineering and manufacturing fields since 1994. Michael began their career at National Steel Corporation as a General Foreman Electrical 80" Hot Mill. In 2004, they joined Cognitens as an Application Engineer. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Manager of Technical Services at Hexagon Metrology. In 2011, they moved to HBN Engineering as a contract opticell programmer and measurement solutions specialist. Michael has been with Applied Manufacturing Technologies as a Senior Automation Engineer since 2013.

Michael Cress graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in control systems.
