Hsien-Lung Yang

Hsien-Lung Yang is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Director of Process Engineering at Applied Materials since August 2023, Yang has held significant roles including KPU KAT Manager at ASM, overseeing ALD Metal Development, and Director of Process/Application Engineering at Wonik IPS Co Ltd. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Yangtze Memory Technologies, Division Head at Wavetek Microelectronics Corporation, and Technical Manager at TSMC, where responsibilities encompassed advanced thin film processes and device engineering. Yang's career began at Applied Materials, contributing to product development in various technologies including PVD, dielectric etching, and MOCVD.
