Elizabeth McBride has extensive experience in global litigation and compliance roles. Elizabeth worked at Applied Materials from 2014 to 2020, starting as a Director of Global Litigation and progressing to Vice President of Global Litigation and Compliance. In these roles, they created and led the Office of Compliance, managed a team of attorneys and staff globally, and advised the C-Suite on legal and regulatory risks. McBride also spearheaded the expansion of the company's Ethics & Compliance and Privacy and Data Governance programs. Prior to their time at Applied Materials, they worked as a Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, representing technology companies in complex commercial and IP litigation. Elizabeth also has experience as a Law Clerk in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office and as a Research Associate at The Urban Institute, where they managed evaluations of criminal justice programs.
Elizabeth McBride attended Princeton University from 1998 to 2002 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. Elizabeth later attended Stanford Law School from 2005 to 2008, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree.
