Jeff Bodner

Jeff Bodner has a strong finance and accounting background with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Jeff currently serves as the Corporate Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Applied Materials since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ESS, Inc., where they held the positions of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President Accounting & Controller from April 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining ESS, Inc., Jeff had a long tenure at Intel, starting in 2003. Their roles at Intel included Vice President of Finance, Director of Internal Audit (Chief Audit Executive) from March 2010 to December 2019, Planning and Reporting Controller from January 2008 to March 2010, and External Reporting Controller from January 2003 to December 2007.

Jeff began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1991, where they spent 12 years as an Audit Senior Manager. Jeff also worked as an SEC Reviewer in the National Office during their final two years at the firm. Jeff's experience encompasses financial assurance, internal audit, planning, reporting, and SEC disclosures.

Jeff Bodner has a Bachelor's degree in Business with an Accounting Option from Montana State University-Bozeman. Jeff is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the State Board of Accountancy in the state of Oregon, which they obtained in June 1994.
