Prior to this, Jeff H. served as Chancellor | Commandant at the National War College and had various roles at the United States Air Force, including Deputy Chief Compliance & Risk Officer. Jeff has a strong background in security, intelligence, and strategic studies, with a focus on national security and military discipline.
