Venkatesh Kannan

Venkatesh Kannan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and enterprise search solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at Applied Materials since September 2020, Venkatesh architects scalable search solutions and evaluates search technologies aligned with business objectives. Previously, Venkatesh worked at Cognizant as a Technical Architect and Technology Specialist within the Enterprise Search Center of Excellence, focusing on implementing search solutions across various content management systems and web portals. Venkatesh's earlier roles include Sr Software Engineer positions at McFadyen Solutions and Tesco HSC, along with foundational experience as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Venkatesh holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Noorul Islam College of Engineering, completed in 2007.
