Arunaabh Raj

Arunaabh Raj is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in CRM processes and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst for the CRM team at Applied Medical since August 2022, Arunaabh is responsible for managing a team, overseeing the S/4HANA implementation, conducting feasibility studies for contract management software, and designing new CRM applications using SAP UI5 (Fiori). Prior to this role, experience includes working at Infosys from April 2011 to August 2022, where leadership roles spanned end-to-end implementations, project management in customer service re-platforming, and CRM application integration. Earlier professional experience includes positions at Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd. and Wipro Technologies, focusing on sales management and software development, respectively. Arunaabh holds a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.E. in Computer Science Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
