Prior to AMP, Scott founded and grew ZEO, the influential and internationally recognized Design & Innovation Studio in Safran Cabin. Over 10 years the group grew to 100 designers, builders, innovators and inventors, and was universally recognized by customers as a place to dream, collaborate, and create real value.

Scott played a key role in the launch of numerous game changing products and full cabin solutions for the A220, MRJ, CRJ Atmosphere, Irkut MC21, Learjet 85 and most recently the Uber EVTOL to name a few. This industry leading experience of full cabin integration provides a robust and highly proven launching point for the future of mobility.

As a recognized industry change agent, Scott holds over 30 US Patents and is an active participant and speaker across numerous industry and innovation forums.
