Greg Duncan

Greg Duncan is a Senior Engineer at Applied Pavement Technology, Inc., where responsibilities include serving as Project Manager and Principal Investigator for research projects related to highways, materials, and pavements for various transportation agencies since May 2015. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Tennessee Department of Transportation from May 2003 to May 2015, where roles included Assistant Chief Engineer for Operations, overseeing the Engineering Bureau, and State Maintenance Engineer, responsible for maintenance policies and specifications. Greg Duncan also held the position of Director of Regional Operations, managing a wide array of departmental functions in West Tennessee. Greg Duncan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
