David Cobb

David Cobb is an experienced professional with a background in operations management, information technology, and security systems. Currently serving as the Assistant Sector Manager and Director of Operations at ARA since November 2011, David partners with the Sector Manager to develop business strategies, overseeing administrative and operational functions for a workforce of over 800 employee-owners across 14 locations. Previously held roles include Assistant Division Manager, where David managed operations for the Algorithms, Modeling, and Assessments Division, and Information System Security Manager, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. David's earlier experience includes IT management and support roles at outsourceIT, Valley of the Sun YMCA, and Loma Nazarene University, with a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Point Loma Nazarene University.
