Felix Sanchez

Felix Sanchez has over two decades of experience in corporate business development, program management, and engineering leadership. Currently, Felix serves as the Director of Corporate Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at ARA, with additional responsibilities on the Board of Directors for SRS JV. Previously, Felix held roles including President at Fiore Industries, Inc., where executive leadership steered the company towards successful engineering services for federal and state entities, and President and COO at ORION International, Inc., leading operational and strategic initiatives while achieving Capability Maturity Model Level 3. Felix’s military background includes 24 years of service in the United States Air Force, culminating in the role of Colonel, with significant leadership positions at Kirtland Air Force Base. Felix holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and multiple advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
