Paul J. Cammarata

Paul J. Cammarata, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and areas of expertise. Paul J. is currently working as a Senior Scientist/Instrumentation Lead at ARA. Prior to this, they held the position of Analytical Manager at The Dow Chemical Company, where they led a global technology development program for online analytical measurements. Paul J. has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, where they specialized in medium-energy nuclear/molecular reaction dynamics and rare isotope production. Before that, they were a Field Service Engineer at National Oilwell Varco, managing the installation and repair of equipment used in upstream oil and gas drilling processes. Paul J. also served as a Plant Superintendent at Trinity Industries, overseeing the production aspects of tool design and fabrication. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy, where they gained expertise in nuclear engineering and mechanical equipment management. Additionally, they have worked as a Lab Assistant at Jacksonville University and as a REU Undergraduate Researcher at the Naval Research Laboratory.

Paul J. Cammarata, Ph.D. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Jacksonville University from 1999 to 2002. Paul J. then attended Texas A&M University from 2009 to 2015, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nuclear Chemistry. In November 2015, they also obtained a certification in Duolingo Italian Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo.
