Michael Lyons

Michael Lyons has a significant amount of experience in various roles within the marketing and brand management field. Michael has held executive positions in multiple companies, including being the Chief Executive Officer of Applied Silver, Inc since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. as the Vice President of Marketing & General Manager of Brands from 2019 to 2022, where they successfully transformed the organization's mindset and developed a long-term business model.

Before Nice-Pak Products, Inc., Michael held roles at Henkel, including Vice President of Marketing for Value Detergents & General Manager of JemPak, where they led the Value Detergent portfolio and oversaw the integration of JemPak after its acquisition. Michael was also the Marketing Director for Retailer Brands, managing priority brands and driving innovation strategies. Additionally, Michael worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Henkel, where they developed brand positioning and innovation plans for All laundry detergent.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at P&G as a Brand Manager for Vicks and Senior Assistant Brand Manager for Bounty. Michael was responsible for developing brand strategies and leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences. Michael also worked as an Assistant Brand Manager for Downy.

Michael began their career at Starcom MediaVest Group, where they held various roles in communications planning and interactive communication planning.
