Mike Indigaro serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Applied Systems and holds a fractional leadership role at Custera, providing strategic guidance to early-stage SaaS companies. Previously, Mike was the Vice President of Merchant Success at Loop, overseeing various customer-focused teams and driving performance through effective management. With extensive experience at Teikametrics, Mike led multiple departments, including Product Led Growth and Professional Services, significantly enhancing customer success initiatives and operational efficiency. Mike began a professional career at Deloitte, where foundational consulting skills were developed, and also competed in ice hockey in Germany early in life. Mike earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration.
