Joe Dela Cruz, P.E., Realtor, is a seasoned professional in residential real estate and civil engineering based in Jacksonville, FL. As co-founder and co-owner of Truss Property Solutions, LLC since January 2013, Joe specializes in revitalizing distressed properties and wholesaling contracts to investors. Joe has served as a Sales Associate at EXIT Real Estate Gallery since October 2015 and has been a private money lender for real estate investors since November 2010, providing secured funding based on a conservative Loan-To-Value Ratio. Joe's engineering background includes project management at Applied Technology & Management, Inc., where responsibilities encompass a variety of infrastructure projects.
