Previously, roles included Vice President at Estuate, Inc., overseeing the Zendesk Practice and strategic customer relationships, and Vice President at FogLogic, contributing to an AIOps platform for SAP. Prior experience includes key positions at Solartis LLC, Ericsson, and Reliance Communications, focusing on global operations, cloud technology, and IT solutions.
