Josefine Lindänge Gutman

Josefine Lindänge Gutman has an extensive work history in various roles and organizations. Josefine was the Managing Director - Social Impact at Applied Value Group starting in 2019. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Hand in Hand International, including CEO, COO, and Advisor. Josefine also served on the boards of Hand in Hand Eastern Africa and UN Association of Lund. Josefine has experience as an International Coordinator at Advalue Search International AB and with the United Nations in the area of Financing for Development.

Josefine Lindänge Gutman completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Economics from Lund University in 2007. Josefine also participated in a program in Strategic Leadership for Microfinance at Harvard Business School. Additionally, they studied Development Economics and International Development at Université de Bordeaux.
