Ayelet Hashachar Baram has a long and varied work experience. Ayelet Hashachar began their career in 2013 as the Founder & CEO of Eco-Nautical. Ayelet Hashachar was also a Mentor for 8200 Impact in 2016 and a Board of Directors Member for BoatBook in 2015. In 2017, they became a Partner and Co-founder of OMA Innovation, and in 2018 they became the Asparna Co CEO. In 2019, they were the Managing Partner of The Headquarter and an Advisory Board Member of HYPE - Sports Innovation. In 2021, they became the Co CEO and US GM of AppliedML, and in 2022, they became the Co-Founder of POVA.AI. Additionally, they have been a Startups Mentor, tech trends consultant, Business innovator, and Capital Raising consultant for various organizations.

Ayelet Hashachar Baram studied Earth Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed external studies in Industrial Engineering & Management at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and earned a BA in Geophysics & Environment studies from Tel Aviv University.
