Amit Gafni Raviv

Amit Gafni Raviv has gained extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Amit currently serves as a Recruitment Manager at Applitools since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Melio, a TLV-based Fintech startup, from January 2022 to July 2022.

Earlier in their career, Amit held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Innovid from March 2019 to April 2020, where they managed talent acquisition processes in Israel and the UK, recruiting for different departments such as Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Before that, they worked at Sizmek, where they served as a People Partner from May 2018 to February 2019, resolving complex employee relations issues and supporting the full employee lifecycle. Amit also held the role of HR Specialist from June 2017 to May 2018, overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition and managing day-to-day People Team administration. Earlier in their tenure at Sizmek, they served as a Recruiter from December 2015 to May 2017.

Amit also worked at AddedValue as an HR Growth partner from November 2015 to May 2017, and at CPS JOBS as a Recruiter in the Students & Graduates Dept from July 2012 to January 2014, and in the System Dept from August 2011 to July 2012.

Prior to their career in talent acquisition and human resources, Amit worked as a Flight Attendant at EL AL, the national airline of Israel, from February 2006 to February 2011. During their tenure, they provided excellent customer service and upheld the company's guidelines for creativity, efficiency, punctuality, and professionalism.

Amit Gafni Raviv pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University between 2008 and 2011.
