Sumaiya S. has a diverse work experience in product management and marketing. Sumaiya is currently working as a Product Manager at Applova Inc. since May 2023. In their previous role at Wavenet from April 2019 to September 2022, they served as a Product Manager - Strategy and Innovation, responsible for driving business objectives, creating product strategy, prioritizing and managing product backlogs, collaborating with UI/UX engineers, resolving issues and bugs, and analyzing data for product enhancements. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Product Manager at Wavenet from August 2017 to April 2019, where they played a supporting role in product management. Sumaiya started their career as a Management Trainee - Marketing at Wavenet in February 2014 and worked until August 2017, where they assisted the product manager with market analysis, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, product branding, and trade show coordination.

Sumaiya S. completed their education with a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Robert Gordon University in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Information Systems and Business Management from the University of Westminster, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. Sumaiya attended Ilma International School for their high school education. In addition to their academic degrees, Sumaiya S. also obtained several certifications. In January 2022, they completed the Big Data Foundations - Level 1 certification from IBM. In February 2022, they obtained the ProductCon VIP certification from Product School and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance.
